Festala – Luxury Picnic & Event Styling

We’re so excited to style your special day! To make sure everything runs smoothly, please review the following Terms & Conditions. By booking with us, you agree to these guidelines.

1. About Our Services

Festala provides luxury picnic setups, event styling, and décor for special occasions. We create a beautiful experience and handle the setup and breakdown so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

2. Booking & Deposits

Advance Booking: Please book at least two 2 weeks in advance to secure your date.

Deposit: A $100 refundable security deposit plus 50% of your package cost is required at the time of booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least two 2 days before the event.

Use of Deposit: The deposit may be applied toward any lost, stolen, or damaged items. If no issues occur, your deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after your event.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, you may receive a refund from the 50% of the package cost (minus the $100 portion of your deposit)

Within 7 Days: If you cancel within one week of your event, your deposit and payments are non-refundable.

Weather Policy: If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to host your picnic, we allow you to reschedule within 30 days at no extra charge (based on availability).

4. Timing & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, a late fee may apply and/or your event time may be shortened.

If you plan to leave early, please allow us at least 15 minutes’ notice so we can return and pack up your setup.

5. Guest Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage to décor or rental items.

Children must be supervised at all times around styled setups.

No pets are allowed on styled furniture or picnic décor unless previously approved.

6. Food, Drinks & Alcohol

We do not provide or serve food, beverages, or alcohol unless stated in your package.

Clients are fully responsible for ensuring any food or alcohol served complies with local laws and health regulations.

7. Safety & Liability

We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions that occur during your event.

Clients are responsible for choosing safe event locations and ensuring all guests follow safety rules.

Festala is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during the event.

8. Photography & Media

We love capturing our setups for our portfolio and social media. By booking with us, you grant Festala permission to take photos of the setup. Photos of guests will only be shared if permission is granted.

9. Agreement

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
