What’s included in a luxury picnic setup?
Each picnic typically includes a styled low table, tableware, glassware, flatware, floor mat, pillows, and curated decoration. Some packages may include more details. Add- ons are available to customize your dream set-up.
How long does the picnic last?
Our standard picnic experience lasts 2 hours, excluding the Royale Tier that lasts for 3 hours. Additional time can be added for a fee.
How Early Should I book my event?
We kindly ask that all bookings be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for proper planning and customization. Booking early also gives you a better chance of securing your preferred date, time, and theme- especially during weekends and peak seasons.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Las Vegas area and surrounding areas within a 50 mille radius. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our service area.
Can I choose the location of the picnic?
Absolutely! You can select between a public park, Lake Mead, backyard, or private venue. We’re also happy to offer scenic options that we have worked at before.
What happens if it rains?
We offer flexible rescheduling due to weather, or we can set up the picnic at an indoor or covered location. We’ll reach out 24 hours before your event if weather conditions are uncertain. More information can be found in our Policy Form
Can I bring my own Food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. Alcohol is only permitted where allowed by local laws. We also offer curated add-on options from other local businesses.
How do I book a picnic?
You can request a booking directly from our website- either from our curated Tier Packages or a custom form. We do require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due three days before the event. Including a refundable deposit of $100.
What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advanced may be refunded (minus deposit), or may be rescheduled for a future date within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. More information can be found in our Policy Form
Do you stay during the picnic?
No, once everything is set up and you’re settled in, we leave to give you privacy. We’ll return at the agreed time to clean up. If you do need us during the picnic, we’re just a call or a text away. For more information can be found in our Policy Form
Can I customize the theme or color palette?
Yes! Each picnic is styled to your preferences. We offer several curated themes, but we also love creating new custom looks to match birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, or branding colors.
Is there a damage or cleaning fee?
We charge a refundable security deposit of $100. As long as there’s no damage or excessive mess, it will be returned within 48 hours after the event.
